Skyblock ☁️
Start with almost nothing on a tiny floating island and build your way up from scratch. It's a totally separate challenge from the main survival world.
Skyblock is its own thing. Jobs, skills, and pets don't work here — it's a pure survival challenge.
Your inventory and progress are separate from the main world too, so you won't lose anything by trying it out.
Getting Started in Skyblock

Create your island
Type
/is create to generate your starting island. You'll get a small platform with a chest, a tree, and a few basic supplies. That's it — everything else is up to you!2
Build a cobblestone generator
This is the first thing every SkyBlock player learns. By placing water and lava in the right spots, you can create an infinite supply of cobblestone. Look it up — it's a classic trick and you'll need it!

Expand and grow
Use what you have to make more. Grow your tree for wood, farm your crops for food, and carefully expand your island outward. Every block of ground you add had to be earned!

Take on challenges
Type
/is challenges to see a list of goals to work toward. Completing challenges is the main way to track your progress and unlock new things on your island.
Playing with Friends
Up to 4 players can share one sky island! The island owner can invite others, and everyone shares the same space and resources.
This is a great way to tackle the challenge together — divide up the work and build something impressive.
There's also a Nether island! Once you're ready, you can venture into a sky-based Nether dimension too.
It works the same way — a small platform, hostile mobs, and everything you'd find in a normal Nether.
